Movie and BooksI have enjoyed watching the Band of Brothers series as well as all the books that are out. The courage these young men took to defend the world against the Germans is truly remarkable. As a teacher, I share my love for the movie, the books and the respect that I have for the men of Easy Company. Thank you for all that you have done for us. |

Thank you.I've been watching the Band of Brothers series over the summer with my dad. Words can't even describe my emotions while watching. Sometimes its even too hard to watch. Knowing real men went through what they did for us beraks my heart. It means more than the world to me knowing you gave your all. I don't know what to say other than thank you. God bless. |

Search for information - Sgt Robert RepineI am looking for information on Sgt Robert (Bob) Repine T4 (H Coy) 506th P.I.R 101st American Airbourne. He was stationed in Ramsbury, Wiltshire, England and was killed on the 10th June 1944. Bob Repine helped my fathers family during his stay in Ramsbury and my father who is now 74 years old would like to find out Bob Repines story and how he died. We are aware that his family took his body home to Michigan after the war. My father has cancer and I am keen to help him in his search for a man who helped the Smith family during a very challenging time. I do hope someone can help me gain some further information. Maybe Tipper, Edward Joseph would be able to help, as he also came from Michigan and may have known him. My name is Nigel Smith, 43 yrs old, and as an ex infantry soldier in the British Army are fully aware of the huge sacrifices you guys made for us and in particular my family during the second world war.
