Hello
I am a veteran of the Gulf war and I purchased and have watched "Band of Brothers" many times. I have the utmost respect for all the men of Easy Co. and our WW2 Combat vets!! I served 2 tours with the 101st at FT Campbell, KY and knew of its history well. Thank You all for your service and sacrifices. SGT R Smith US Army (RET)

i have nothing but the utmost respect for the men who fought and gave their lives for us to live in a free country. All of you scars unimaginable to anyone of my generation. I hope now, every single one of you are at peace. Thank you and god bless.

Our trip in Normandy
My father and I have recently gone on our second trip to Normandy as we both have a passion for the Allied invasions. We have visited many museums and gained a true understanding of what these brave young souls gave for our freedom. The veterans alive with us today are the heroes, to which many are unsung. The real truth being that each and every individual who perished at the hands of the German Army, is a hero. And they shall remain heroes in my eyes for the rest of time. God bless. Xx

well done
hi am 16 years old and I'm from Scotland, i have lost count of the amount of times i have watched the band of brothers series and i have to say i have not yet watched it without smiling and your friendship, shedding a tear or two at your losses and misfortunes but at the end i always have the same feeling of , accomplishment, easy company were some hard S.O.B's i would like to thank you all for being there for us even though i was not born yet, but maybe if you were not there i wouldn't be living in the world of freedom i have today. i now visit the site regularly and i am very sad when a man of E-company passes away but cant help but think that they are not gone, i am not religious but surely someone who has done so much for America, Britain and the whole world has earned their way to a second life somewhere, i also really like the way the men of e company (in documentaries and books) describe most german soldiers as men and not all like heartless pigs like alot of people do, you respect your fellow brothers and your enemy, thats what makes a true soldier and i salute you all for that
