Article 1: relevance 1.1 The general conditions are applied to all products you can purchase in our webshop 1.2 From the general conditions can be deviated, this must be confirmed in writing by the webshopowner 1.3 When you order items from the webshop, you agree with the oconditions of the webshop 1.4 The webshop is not responsible for possible (interim) price changes. Type errors in our system do not guarantee delivery of the purchased product
Article 2: production (and suspension) of the agreement 2.1 An order at the webshops excists at the moment an order confirmation has been sent to the e-mail address the costumer has registered in his/her webshop account. 2.2 The customer can dissolve his/her order, this must be done within 24 hours after placing the order, by means of an e-mail to send to info@menofeasycompany.com 2.3 The product can be returned up to maximum seven days after purchase (= invoice date) if package and product are in it's original condition and not damaged
Article 3: prices, products and offers 3.1 All prices in the webshop are in US dollars, taxes are included as well as shipment costs 3.2 Products (and special offers) are deliverable (valid) as long as our stock stretches 3.3 Products remain property of the webshop until we have received payment for the product you have odered
Article 4: payment 4.1 Orders out of our webshop can be paid in the following way: through PayPal and creditcard payment 4.2 Shipment costs are included in the prices of the various items
Article 5: delivery and delivery time 5.1 Orders will be delivered as soon as possible by the webshop. We aim at delivery within 6 weeks
Article 6: to return 6.1 The product can be returned up to maximum seven days after purchase (= invoice date), see article 2.3 6.2 Repayment in case of retour obtained/brought product takes place within ten days 6.3 Returning you purchased items is possible but only with original invoice
Article 7: guarantee and liability 7.1 We grant guarantee on the products out of our webshop in the same way the suppliers of these products do. In case of damage to the delivered product the webshop is authorized to decide how this damage will be repaired. We can repair the damage, or replace the damaged product. 7.2 In case of repair of damage, which afterwards does not carry back to guarantee, the costs for repair will be entirely charged to the buyer 7.3 The website is never obliged to pay the costumer for a damaged product, unless the webshop was negligent in processing and shipping the order 7.4 If the webshop must compensate you for any reason whatsoever, the amount which will be compensated will never be higher than the amount of your purchase 7.5 You can not claim guarantee in the following scenarios: - If the wear of that product can be considered as normal; - When the original invoice does no longer excist, has been changed by the customer, or is no longer readable - If damage is not the consequence of use of the product corresponding to its destination - When the customer damages the product on purpose, is negligent or is negligent in maintenance |
